Dearie Pottery is a ceramics design studio established by Alistair Dearie. Dearie pottery produces functional wheel-thrown ceramic homeware.

Alistair Dearie is a potter and art teacher who graduated from Glasgow school of art with a BA Hons in ceramic design in 1999. Since then he has developed his pottery career in tandem with a career teaching art and design in high schools. Having worked as a potter in Fireworks Studio and in the Glasgow Ceramics Studio and taught in secondary high school for 15 years Alistair has both the knowledge of pottery and of learning and teaching to produce the very highest quality of functional wheel thrown pottery and pass on these skills to participants.
